Establish short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan. Oversee the adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety, and asset protection. Prepare, administer, and responsible for the achieving budgeted goals related to pricing, sales, margin, expenses, and inventory. Assign sales objectives and ensures store goals are met. Coach and develop team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management and training and development. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.Why it matters:Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
