Night Audit duties include, but not limited to; Checking in and out guests, answering inquiries, assisting guests with reservations, answering phone calls and emails, data entry and reservation balancing (though online booking channels), cleaning check lists and maintaining the building as the only staff member on shift over night, printing reports etc.Additional audit specific tasks include balancing the transactions from the previous day and closing the night for the new day. Settling payment vendors etc.Training is provided, basic math skills and attention to detail is a requirement. The audit position is the last person to review transactions and inhouse guests for errors before the closing of the day.Hotel experience preferred, but not required. Looking for someone long term who enjoys or prefers working nights. Starts at $13/hr plus $1/hr over night premium. Training will pay $13 as most training is done during the day.
