Job Description

GrizzlyTrek, a renowned leader in Technicalamp; Indigenous Staffing Solutions, is currently on the lookout for an ambitious and results-driven Territory Manager to join our client #39;s team. This critical role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels in sales and client relationship management, eager to drive growth and expand market presence while contributing to our mission of creating sustainable employment opportunities, particularly within Indigenous communities across Canada.Location: This position is available in multiple territories. Please specify your preferred location upon application.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base within the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and offering solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media within the territory.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to customers and negotiate/close deals to maximize profit.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports on the territory #39;s sales performance.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven sales experience as a Territory Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role, with a track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven history of managing territories or customer portfolios.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; digital literacy is a must.
