Member Service Representative I - Part Time* - Kipling BranchJoin the Cornerstone Crew!If you are an outgoing individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and prides yourself on helping others, we want you! We're looking for a customer focused Member Service Representative with excellent communication skills and who is not afraid of a challenge to join our team at the Kipling branch of Cornerstone Credit Union!As the Member Services Representative you will promote and sell credit union products and services while processing member transactions through a range of routine cash and non-cash services to new and existing members. You will seek opportunities for our members financial wellness and make quality referrals to our retail team.

  • This position is a part time position, hours will be scheduled every two weeks and may vary. Additional hours may be scheduled at the Arcola and Glenavon branches based on organizational needs.
What we are looking for . . . . .To be considered for our Member Service Representative I position, you must have a minimum of up to one year of related sales and customer service experience. Post secondary education is preferred. If you already know about the features and benefits of credit union products and services that's an extra bonus!You must be able to recognize cross selling opportunities, make or refer sales, handle cash accurately and have strong verbal and written communication skills.A commitment to continuous learning and development is an important part of being on our team as well as taking pride in caring for our members and providing top-notch customer service!We Say We Care, and We Mean ItCornerstone Credit Union is a caring and compassionate organization.
