Contribute to the development of processes related to the assembly, packaging, and testing of optical and microelectronic modules.
Participate on equipment commissioning by doing Site Acceptance Tests and First Article inspections.
Contribute to research and development of new technologies by assessing design and processes for manufacturing.
Participate in New Product Introduction by building preliminary concepts and prototypes.
Program and maintain of high-end automated equipment.
Support production activities on manufacturing processes, such as: SMT, flip chip assembly, epoxy dispensing, high accuracy die-bonding, wire-bonding, opto-electronic sub-assemblies (active and passive).
Monitor and deploy Statistical Process Controls.
Write manufacturing procedures.
Provide training to operators.
Maintain and troubleshoot assembly equipment.
