Job DescriptionJob PurposeAs part of a fast-growing company providing optical transceivers solutions to the Aerospace and Defense market, you will manage, develop and implement new manufacturing processes in our production environment - embracing advanced RF, optical, and microelectronic components, modules and sub-systems. You will actively participate in the development of the next generation of optical transceivers by participating to the PFMEA, MRR, MSA and NPI processes. In collaboration with members of the Engineering and Production teams, you will be involved in defining technical requirements, qualifying assembly methodologies, and providing staff training. This position will give you a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment.
