Embark on a career-defining journey as a B2B Business Developer with All-Brite Glassamp; Tint, a dynamic and thriving multi-location service company specializing in Auto, Home, and Business Glassamp; Tint solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, establishing and nurturing B2B relationships, and expanding our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Business Development: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align on and implement the company’s growth strategy. Your efforts will be key in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the B2B sector.Client Acquisitionamp; Retention: Excel in identifying potential clients, developing customized proposals, and securing new contracts. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities. Leverage this information to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the needs of various industries we serve. Track sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.Networkingamp; Relationship Building: Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build and maintain a robust professional network. Represent All-Brite Glassamp; Tint as a brand ambassador, promoting our services and capabilities.Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value of our services. Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and standards.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall financial success of the company. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.Brand Advocacy: Uphold our commitment to excellence in client care and quality service. Ensure all interactions reflect our brand values and enhance our reputation in the market.What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in business development within the glass service, automotive, home services, or related industries.
  • Strong background in B2B sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
