Responsibilities
  • Accurate Estimation: Provide precise and timely estimates for glass-related projects for both retail consumers and B2B clients.
  • Client Assistance: Assist clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions for their projects.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients, including home builders, property managers, and institutional government accounts.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
  • Proposal Presentation: Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, estimates, and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Marketingamp; Networking: Participate in company marketing and networking events to promote All-Brite Glassamp; Tint services.
Requirements
    • Experience: Proven experience in estimating and account management/business development, preferably in the glass or construction industry.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of glass products and installation processes.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRMamp; Glass software and Google Gsuite.
    • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Tri-City area for site visits and client meetings.
    • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
