RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling: Proactively contact potential clients within the home builders, fleet transportation, property management, and public sector entity sectors.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings for our outside sales team with qualified leads.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and the sales team.
  • Client Research: Identify and research potential clients to understand their needs and how our services can benefit and serve them.
  • Sales Support: Assist the outside sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a BDR with a proven track record of success.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience calling home builder companies is an asset, but not a necessity.
  • Education: Completion of a college or university program will be viewed as an asset.
  • CRM Skills: Strong customer relationship management software skills are a must. Experience using Zoho will be viewed as an asset.
