For more information, visitmiovision.com.Position SummaryMiovision’s traffic studies are used by engineers and transportation professionals globally to make important decisions about their transportation system. The Data Quality Assurance Administrator (DQAA) plays a critical role in ensuring that traffic studies are configured accurately to meet customer specifications before being processed. This role will focus on performing thorough visual inspections, interpreting customer requirements, and understanding system limitations to identify any issues in the study setup. The Administrator also communicates directly with customers regarding configuration issues and may publish completed studies. This is a remote position that is open to candidates across Canada.Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established procedures to configure studies and define tasks clearly for accurate processing.
  • Assign re-configuration tasks and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure data meets accuracy standards and customer requirements.
  • Communicate study hold notes to customers when adjustments or clarifications are needed.
  • Review and validate study configurations to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues, collaborating with production leads and support specialists.
  • Provide clear customer updates, setting realistic expectations and proposing solutions as needed.
  • Participate in team discussions and projects, offering insights and suggestions for improving efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve discrepancies and share knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in a process-driven role with a focus on achieving quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in following instructions and process-oriented with an efficiency focus.
  • Experience collaborating within a team environment and working effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to clearly articulate issues, raise concerns, and communicate with team members and customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the traffic industry and traffic patterns is a plus.
