Position: Sales Representative - Skin/Dermatology Location: London/Windsor/Sarnia Job Type: Contract With a unique legacy in beauty and dermatology as well as decades of cutting-edge innovation, my client is a multinational company that delivers innovative, science-based portfolio of premium flagship brands and services. The principal responsibility of the Sales Representative is to ensure continued growth and development of dermatological products business within the London/Windsor/Sarnia and surrounding areas including some northern Ontario sites. The successful candidate would have an in-depth understanding of the market, the ability in building relationship and understanding the unmet needs of the customers and aligning these with company #39;s objective. Responsibilities: - Be responsible for the sales target in the assigned territory for their dermatological sector and ensure all Sales Force Effectiveness KPI are met - Be accountable for the short term and long-term development and growth of the company #39;s dermatological care portfolio within the territory - Implement and execute the marketing action plans to contribute to achievement of agreed territory sales objectives and targets and consistently exploring new opportunities - Autonomously maintain and enhance the relationship with their customers within the territory - Develop and maintain close working relationships with multiple contacts within the customers #39; organization this includes developing and refining key account plans - Formulate and implement near and long-term strategies to achieve aggressive revenue and profitability targets - Ensure effective use of promotional materials - Support and develop personal care concepts incorporating the company #39;s dermatological products together with customers R amp;D and Marketing teams - Evaluate, research into new product opportunities, demand for potential products, customer needs and insights Who you are: - Diploma or Degree Holder in any field - At least 5 years of work experience in the beauty and dermatological industry - Ability to improve continuously with creative and resourceful problem solving - Sales experience in the personal, health or homecare markets will be an added advantage - Good understanding of personal and home care market will be a definite plus - Fluent communication skills in English, any other language is an asset - Demonstrate ability to work across various cultures, a go get attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and be open to adapt to an ever-changing market - Valid car driver #39;s license is essential - Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80% of the time with a highly flexible schedule If you think you are the right candidate for the role, please send your updated resume in Word to karen.thomas@quantum.ca.REFER AND EARN A $50 GIFT CARD!
