Job Description

We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to assist in a variety of physical tasks to help keep the shop running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, possess strong hand-eye coordination, and have experience using hand tools.Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain cleanliness of shop.
  • Complete regular maintenance on tools and equipment to maintain rent-ready condition.
  • Communicate with management, co-workers, and clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Work effectively to troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sand, repair, and paint bins to ensure they are in rent-ready condition.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory.
  • Make deliveries and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of shop tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Class G driver #39;s license
