Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock.- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of packages, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.- Operate heavy equipment as needed, including forklifts and pallet jacks.- Build and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled.- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks.- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes.- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as required.RequirementsQualifications- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 30-35 lbs) consistently throughout the shift.- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is an asset.- Experience in packing or picking, repackaging, labeling, etc. is an asset.- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures is essential.- Experience with order pickers or similar equipment is advantageous.- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks performed.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.BenefitsBenefits- Permanent- Full Time- Overtime Pay
