Where pushing ourselves forward helps us give more to others.When you partner with us, you #39;re at the center of a vast network of risk, insurance, employee benefits, retirement and wealth management specialists that bring clarity to a changing world with tailored solutions and unrelenting advocacy - so you #39;re ready for tomorrow.The Opportunity!The Junior Commercial Account Advisor assists the Account Executive/Commercial Account Advisor with the preparation of information to be submitted to the Marketing Department and/or the Prospect/Client.Job Duties and Responsibilities- Assisting the Account Executive/Commercial Account Advisor assembling renewal information or for making changes to policies throughout the year as received from the Account Executive/Commercial Account Advisor.- Tracking expiry lists for the Account Executive/Commercial Account Advisor.- Preparing information to be submitted to the Marketers to obtain new quotes, assembling the information into a presentation format for the prospect/client.- follows up on account receivable to ensure timely invoicing and payment of premium.- Attend meetings with the Account Executive Commercial Account Advisor, Commercial Multiline Account Executive on new or renewal business when required.Job Qualifications and Skills- Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service.- Strong communication skills (verbalamp; written.)- Sales initiative and drive.- Ability to multi-task and interact in a professional manner with clients and colleagues.- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make the necessary decisions to move forward the work at hand.- A minimum License Level 1 is highly preferred. Training sponsorship and support will be provided to assist in successfully completing job requirements. Advanced computer and customer service skills are essential.
