Join us today!SUMMARY:The analyst will partner with the Process Owners, Key Users and End Users to achieve their goals and objectives, training them and implementing functionalities related to the designated modules. The analyst will define, revise, optimize, test, implement and document business processes in accordance with the KDC/One Enterprise Business Application group.RESPONSABILITIES:Understand processes, analyse, and provide effective problem solving, assessing whether standard functionality can be used and identifying reasonable custom solutions where needed.The analyst will have access to a KDC/One shared knowledge base and external consultant support.Help standardizing and documenting of SAP main flows in collaboration with the business. Develop procedures, processes and guidelines that are efficient and focused on the quality of the processDocument requirements for new functionality as required in support of the processes, which may include SAP application configuration, custom enhancements, custom reports, integrated or interfaced software.Support the existing SAP design, SAP application configuration, and custom system enhancements / integration pointsExecutes system unit testing and supports integration testing and regression testing. Guarantees the Integrity and Correct functioning of the system.Monitor the effectiveness/quality of the solutions implementedQUALIFICATIONS:Experience and an understanding of one or several of the following SAP modules and the associated configuration is a must:MM (Materials Management) is an assetSD (Sales and Distribution) is an assetQM (Quality Management)WM (Warehouse Management)PP (Production planning and control)BC (Basic Components)Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, engineering or equivalent work experienceWork experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset3 years and more of experience with SAPKnowledge of SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tablesUnderstanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation and production supportExperience with implementations that include custom solutions around SAP (user exits, enhancements, customer programs)Travel in the KDC subsidiaries.SKILLS REQUIRED:Excellent written and oral communications skills in French and English; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets, both as an individual contributor Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.and as a team member.Team worker, customer oriented and curious.Solid organization, time management, priorities management and project estimating skillsOther detailsPay Type Salary Employment Indicator SG&A Travel Required Yes Required Education Bachelor’s Degree
