The Job At MIR Construction, we are in search of construction workers to join our team. Duties of the Construction Worker include:- Transport construction materials to work areas, ensuring they are handled safely and efficiently.- Prepare and distribute concrete and asphalt evenly across designated areas, including pouring, tamping, screeding, floating preparing for finishing troweling and edging- Safely operate equipment like drills, mixers, vibrators, tampers, and other construction machines as needed.- Assist heavy equipment operators by helping them set up and secure equipment and give proper signals as needed.- Assist and provide support to other tradesmen on construction sites- Direct traffic around construction sites to ensure safety and smooth operations.- Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, setting up/dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, barricades and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly storedRequirements for the role:- Completion of high school is required- Previous construction worker experience is highly desired, but not mandatory- Must be capable of lifting to 50lbs and physically demanding- Adaptable to primarily work outdoors in various weather conditionsPlease send your resume to admin@mirconstructionca.com, and only selected candidates will be contacted.Job Criteria:Start Date: ASAPPosition Type: Full-Time PermanentYears of Experience Required: 0Education Required: High SchoolOvernight Travel:Vacation Time:
