Job Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Parts Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Kyle, SK. The successful candidate will lead a team who ensures customer satisfaction and will be responsible for the day to day management of the Pattison Ag parts team.ResponsibilitiesThis individual’s responsibilities include:

  • Customer focused product support
  • Parts sales efficiency
  • Departmental profitability and overall department performance
  • Market, plan and initiate all parts department functions
  • Assist with the attraction, retention and effective engagement of department personnel
RequirementsThis would be an ideal position if you have:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Parts Department operations, experience leading and developing others, and exemplary customer service skills
  • Or hold a current Parts Manager role, or are a senior Parts Technician looking to guide significant growth and development of a department
  • Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
