Job Description

Ivaco Rolling Mills, a major steel manufacturer in the Eastern Ontario region (L’Orignal, ON), is seeking motivated General Labourers to fill vacancies in its Production department.Applicants must have a high school diploma. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.Responsibilities:

  • Provide labour support as needed for specialty crew
  • Use manual tools (jack hammers , rammers , oxygen lances, etc.)
  • Operate heavy machinery
  • Perform setup and cleanup tasks
  • Other
Plant Conditions:
  • Industrial environment (heat, dust, noise, etc.)
  • Height (some positions)
  • Rotating schedule: 36-48 hrs/week

---Ivaco Rolling Mills, un important manufacturier de tiges d’acier dans l’Est Ontarien (LOrignal), est à la recherche d’ouvriers généraux afin de combler plusieurs postes au sein du département de production.Les candidats doivent avoir un diplôme détudes secondaires. De lexpérience dans le domaine industriel est un atout.Responsabilités :
  • Soutenir la main-dœuvre au besoin pour les équipes spécialisées
  • Travailler avec des outils manuels
  • Opérer de la machinerie lourde
  • Effectuer des tâches de configuration et de nettoyage
