The OpportunityBRC is seeking a dynamic and skilled Machining Supervisor to join our exceptional and expanding team. You will be instrumental in guiding our talented machining team to achieve production excellence and contribute to our continued growth.Position SummaryThe Machining Supervisor is responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching a team of Machining Operators to ensure efficient and high-quality production within the Wood Machining department. This role involves overseeing daily operations, troubleshooting issues, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. The Supervisor will utilize their expertise in CNC, Edge banding, and/or Panel Saw operations to optimize production schedules and train team members. They will be responsible for performing routine and varied tasks in alignment with production processes within the wood machining department and will be required to support their job functions while cross-training on positions as required and will be required to comply with SOPs and quality standards of products while adhering to Healthamp; Safety and BRC policies on a consistent basis.Responsibilities
