Job Description

Responsible for writing, reviewing and training on all procedures, work instructions, forms, maintenance plans, production files and other documents when required (protocols, work orders, etc.) concerning the expansion of the sterile facility.RESPONSABILITIES ANS DUTIES

  • Writes and revise production documents in collaboration with production, packaging and maintenance employees according to sterile facility expansion project timelines.
  • Participates in the creation and review of video related to the use of production equipment, ensures the review of scripts and the editing of videos.
  • Prepares and updates theoretical, practical and on the job training as well as examinations of procedures impacted by the project.
  • Updates training curricula for production and maintenance employees.
  • Follows up on training records of all operations employees to ensure compliance and training progress prior to updating procedures.
  • Identifies improvements in the documentation process for users
  • Any other duties that may arise in relation to the job title and approved by the supervisors
