Working for Clamel Construction you will need to be able, but not limited, to do the following:- Framing- Drywall install and tape- Painting- Bath/Shower waterproofing and tile install- Finish carpentryIn order to join our team, we need you to: - Be punctual- Be in good physical fitness and able to lift 50 lbs.- Be hardworking and possess a good working attitude- Be detail oriented- Be organized and clean working site and tools daily- Handle trucks and tools respectfully and responsibly- Be willing to learn new skills- Be willing to listen and learn safe work techniques and construction methods- Be proactive and take initiative- Be persistent and resourceful- Be flexible and willing to work a 10-hour day and different type of work shifts- Be able to work in all climatic conditions- Be respectful and adhere to company values and procedures, including Covid-19 protocols.What we offer a complete range of benefits including: - Competitive salary- Health benefits- Pay extra commuting milage- Performance Bonus- Flexible work schedule Salary is negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications.
