We #39;re looking for someone like you to fill the Purchasing Officer position. With your good sense of communication and organization, you will succeed in your main mission, which is to manage purchasing for the plant.OVERVIEW OF THE WORK:

  • Responsible for updating data concerning preventive maintenance on plant equipment;
  • Identify supply sources and purchasing parts and material related to plant equipment;
  • Ensure good purchasing management;
  • If you have a desire to learn and develop multi-discipline supply chain skills and thrive on challenges in a fast paced and new environment, this is the opportunity for you.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
  • You have 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • You have the ability and motivation to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as to work independently daily;
  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and competency to learn other technology as necessary;
  • You have strong negotiation skills and you are familiar with budget and contracts.
