Jack’s Auto Body (CARSTAR Onoway) is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing person to join our team!The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing administrative support to the body shop operations.Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive in a pleasant manner
• Provide customer service for customer repairs in progress and appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner and direct to appropriate department.
• Screen calls and direct to the appropriate party, and/or obtain enough information to allow for follow-up that is convenient for the customer
• Receipt and record cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
• Assist in writing estimates using Mitchell, Audatex, Profit Net and take pictures of vehicle for damage review.
• Must open and close repair orders for all incoming and outgoing vehicles in a timely manner
• Data entry/invoice recording/limited accounting items.
• Operate office equipment and computer systems as needed
• Must be team orientated and comfortable in an open office setting
• Must have a strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Have Basic Automotive Knowledge
• Minimum 2 year of customer service experience
• Minimum Level of Education: High School or Equivalent
