Job Overview:
  • Reporting to the Quality Control Department of Fruits de Mer Lagoon, his duty is to apply the quality standard required in the company. he must be present during the productions in order to ensure the smooth running as well as the respect of the quality procedures in place.
  • he must also help manage the companys quality programs such as HACCP, Organic, Sustainable Fishing, BRC, etc. certificates.
Duties and Responsibility:Quality assurance:
  • Presence during each production.
  • Ensure pre-operational inspections of the establishment before the start of operations.
  • Perform pre-production tests

  • Surface testing
  • Equipment testing: metal detectors, scales, thermometers, etc.
  • Do the tests in production

  • Ensure compliance with the specifications requested by customers according to the standards followed.
  • Develop labels according to customer requirements and in accordance with the standards in place.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings.

Documentation:
  • Inspect and complete Quality Program forms.

  • Record and process non-conformities, recommend corrective and preventive measures and ensure their follow-up.
