Custom lighting manufacturer is seeking a customer service / project manager- Coordinator with a minimum of three years experience in the manufacturing field for the hospitality industry. Primary duties of this positions include: Admin duties, multi project management, communicating with customers via email and phone, entering orders, contacting transport companies for logistics, preparing and shipping samples, preparing custom documents for goods going mostly to the US and keeping updated records.
