Scope:The Staffing and Retention Coordinator supports the workforce planning, personnel placement, and retention strategy of the Viking Projects and Leif Services Field Teams. Working in conjunction with the HR Team, the Staffing and Retention Coordinators key deliverables will be centered on the retention of key personnel while actively involved in recruitment and dispatching. This role will play a key part in assessing competencies, and building functional, strong crews in collaboration with Site Supervisors; assist with recruitment strategies and help to develop and implement retention strategies. Keeping accurate and detailed records on field personnel and continuous communication with field staff and site supervisors. The successful candidate must have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.Essential Functions:
