Job DescriptionFairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager for their Colleague Restaurant – The Bean. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Foodamp; Beverage, this position will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of The Bean, which is one of the busiest outlets in our hotel; serving our 600+ colleagues breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
