Job Description

Job DescriptionAs an In-Room Dining Server at Fairmont, you will provide exceptional, personalized service to guests by delivering meals and beverages directly to their rooms. You will ensure that each guest #39;s experience exceeds their expectations through attentive service, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the hotel’s offerings.Rate of Pay: $16.55/hour

  • Take guest orders over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with Fairmont #39;s standards of presentation, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, addressing any special dietary requirements, preferences, or concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s menu and seasonal changes, to offer suggestions to guests.
  • Accurately process orders and payments, ensuring guests’ checks are correct and payments are processed.
  • Ensure that guest rooms are left neat and tidy after delivery, removing any unused or empty items.
