Position Summary:Reporting to the Manager, Feed Planning, the incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining feed requirements in SAP to facilitate the demand planning processes for the Feed Logistics Department. This includes regular weekly processes as well as data entry, variance investigations, budget checks and data tracking.A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will do:

• Create and maintain SAP Hog Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Process Orders
• Maintain planning databases and SAP logistical information
• Provide administrative support where required
• Create/manage process orders for feed production
• Create shipping documents, and process transactions
• Assist in planning and processing hog feed requirements for internal hog operations
• Assist in creating/managing feed schedule for feed production and transportation
• Assist with period end processes as required

What you will bring:

• Post-secondary education in Administration or related discipline considered an asset
• Must possess excellent skills in:
• keyboarding, speed, and accuracy
• computer (knowledge of MS Excel and database mgmt.)

• communication (written and oral)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle several complex tasks simultaneously
• Valid class 5 driver #39;s license
• SAP experience will be considered an asset.
