Job Description

Join Greater Victorias fastest-growing dealership for pre-owned vehicles. We recently expanded our operation and are looking for two driven and motivated professionals to join our team.Our independent dealership is conveniently located in the heart of Westshore. With a wide selection of 100-150 vehicles in stock, we are ready to serve our wide range of clientele.This is a performance-based industry; if you would like to be in control of your earning potential and are willing to invest your time and efforts, please apply.If you have previous experience in the automotive industry, we are prepared to offer a $3,500 guarantee for the right applicant.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting and offering assistance to our clients, answering any phone inquiries and following up on e-mail correspondence.
  • Assisting our clients on selecting a vehicle by asking thoughtful questions and having a solid knowledge and understanding of available inventory.
  • Assisting in organizing units for inspection and any other necessary reconditioning.
  • Processing necessary paperwork and setting customers up for test drives.
  • Closing sale by gathering any and all appropriate information from customer needed to perform and process the sale in accordance with company standards.
WHAT WE NEED:

  • Enthusiasm and passion for the auto industry.
  • Valid Drivers License with a clean, insurable, driving record.
  • Valid VSA License.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hardworking, a team player and recognized by others for accepting challenges.
