Job Description

To support the new Excel Career College campus in Langford, the Campus Coordinator is responsible for the organization and co-ordination of campus operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Campus Coordinator works closely with Program Coordinators, Instructors and full-time students to ensure that schedules, classes and resources run smoothly and they are well supported.The ideal candidate will be given extensive training, ideally, in the Comox Valley, with travel and accommodations provided during the training period, before assuming the position in the new Langford campus.Key Competencies

Education and Experience
  • Business diploma, degree or a reasonable combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years administrative and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
