Job Description

Richmond Elevator maintains, repairs and upgrades existing elevator equipment and is a leader in new construction installations. We are 100% BC owned and operated, and are currently #1 in sales and service in the province. Our Vancouver Island office is located in Langford. We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist our team with office administration. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 4:30. We need an energetic, flexible outside-the-box thinker who can constantly adapt to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment. Predominantly your responsibilities will include:

  • Collections
  • Preparing payroll for approval
  • Scheduling maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining the work order system
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Preparing and maintaining our maintenance program
  • Basic filing
You need to be totally comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Docs and other basic software systems.Please include references with your resume.Reference ID: Office AdministrationJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:
