Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities : Iconix Waterworks is in need of a Sales Project Coordinator I for our Langford Branch. The Sales Project Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing production schedules, monitoring project costs and creating and maintaining project documents. The Sales Project Coordinator also assists with the development and implementation of quality control programs.*Duties and Responsibilities*

  • Working actively with Account Managers to provide support and meet project objectives. Coordinate sales strategies, gather pre-tender feedback and coordinate follow-up.
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of project documents.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings.
  • Preparing and managing take-offs, bids, and quotations.
  • Work with sales team to develop and implement sales strategies surrounding project bids and tenders.
  • Ensuring quotation tracker is kept up to date and working with AMs to ensure projects are followed-up on.
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
  • Coordinating with Account Managers/Regional Sales Manager to ensure Iconix is gathering sufficient pre-tender and post-tender feedback.
  • Working with engineers on product approvals and specifications.
  • Assisting with RFP responses.
  • Assisting Account Managers in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and executing projects and bids.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer and project issues.
  • Providing technical support to customers.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans and delivery schedules as required.
  • Assisting Sales Manager with occasional project, bid, and customer support.
  • Performing other related duties as required.
Qualifications :
  • 2 Years of experience in a related field
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, MS Project and Outlook
  • Ability to read engineered drawings
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, organization, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
