Job Description

Seeking a full time permanent employee to join our accounting department. The ideal candidate works well with others, has great problem solving skills and is experienced in AR/AP. Please note this is an on-site role. Standard hours are 7:30AM-4:00PM.Responsibilities

  • Posting customer payments
  • Collection phone calls and emails
  • Bank deposits
  • New customer setup including credit reference checks
  • Weekly reporting to management
  • EDI monitoring
  • Data entry and system reporting
  • Credit card payment processing
  • Assistance and backup for accounts payable
  • Customer credits and inventory adjustments
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable or similar position
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and organization
  • Comfortable making phone calls while maintaining professionalism
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills including data entry, email and Microsoft Office
