Job Description

Are you a dedicated, passionate professional looking to grow your career with a company long-term Join Hall Constructors as an Accounts Payable Clerk!Your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage the Accounts Payable process:
    • Efficiently processes all vendor invoices, and manage department AP email
    • Communicates with vendors and deals with all inquiries in a timely manner
    • Reconciliation of all vendor statements
    • Meeting month end deadlines
    • Coordinate and perform cheque runs, manually and electronically
  • Collaborate with other Accounts Payable team members
Qualifications:
  • Minimum years of experience: 2
  • Education: Accounting Diploma or equivalent
  • Considered an asset: Construction industry experience
Technical Skills:
  • Eclipse and/or other accounting programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly skilled in data entry
  • Proficient in organizing electronic files
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Team player
  • Skilled in problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong English communication skills
