Job Description

Business Office ManagerThis is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Business Office Manager who is passionate about customer service to join our amazing team. We need a candidate with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, can clearly communicate product features and benefits, and who can confidently close the sale.Job Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically present and secure Dealer Plan financing, life and disability insurance for agreement, an appropriate extended warranty, tire and road hazard protection and/or another other services/products/accessories the dealership may offer, in and organized and customer-friendly sales process. The Business Office Manager is expected to meet or exceed the dealerships forecasted sales targets
  • Thoroughly disclose all the financial and product information pertaining to the customers agreement
  • Complete a computer-printed bill of sale, along with obtaining signatures on all loan documents, ensure receipt of units insurance and registration, void cheques and all other items as required by the approval and documentation from the Lender and Traveland
  • Receive and receipt customer deposits/partial payments
  • Schedule delivery with customer and delivery staff
  • Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
