This is a fast-paced position where agility and time management is critical. This includes taking incoming calls from our customers, sales force, and warehouse/manufacturing staff; processing orders, researching and resolving customer complaints and inquiries; communicating pricing variances with customers and sales force; working as a liaison for purchasing, manufacturing and sales force; communicating order status to customers and sales force.
