Job Description

An E-Commerce/Internet Salesperson is responsible for ensuring inquiries by customers on our online platforms are answered, followed up, and sold in a timely fashion. Their main focus is twofold: quick, knowledgeable responses to clients along the sales funnel while closing deals, while also ensuring the steps to getting the client their product are meticulously followed.This position is a training ground for our senior sales staff, as new employees learn the ropes of successfully selling at Lenmark. Effective salespeople in this role will learn the necessary skills to increase their earning potential and graduate to a full Senior Salesperson.Previous sales experience is not required but an asset. If you are someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute at a high level we are willing to train you.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle all inbound e-commerce digital sales, customer service, and freight. This includes staying up to date with Shopify, Ebay, and Facebook (E-Commerce accounts).
Administer all ecommerce accounts by performing the following:__**- Customer communication from Lead to Order and Fulfillment- Quoting, invoicing, and tracking all orders in NetSuite and ensuring proper documentation of the order process- Shipping and fulfilling orders in a timely fashion. This is managed through spreadsheets, NetSuite, and working with the Warehouse to ensure timely shipments.- Ensuring high seller scores and platform success- Post order communication and customer service beyond time of shipping.- Work to solve problems that arise on different platforms with customers in a professional manner- Communicate professionally with Lenmark’s partners in different industries.- Book and track freight quotes for both online orders that do not automatically calculate shipping.- Ensure that Lenmark is profitable on freight and other services that are offered beyond product sales- Create high internal and external customer and sales satisfaction by:- Communicating frequently and thoroughly with all related stakeholders by communicating and confirming order details, including invoicing, payment, shipping, and satisfaction.Attributes we are looking for: · Enjoys a fast paced environment· Excellent at multitasking· Great customer service· Fantastic organizational skills· Good communication· Team Player· Problem solver, critical thinking· Enjoys closing deals· Willing to do any job to helpJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $21.00-$26.00 per hourBenefits:
