We demonstrate corporate responsibility by living our core values supporting local and celebrating our world class team.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Administrator to join our team in Langley.Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Maintenance, you will provide training and support to all retail locations and the Langley office in respects to repair and maintenance processes, procedures, and systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring guidelines, procedural information and protocols are all current and up to date.You will be responsible for:

  • Training and supporting on the cloud-based repair and maintenance work order system. (VX Maintain)
  • Ensuring third party contractor WorkSafe and liability compliance is met and reflects company expectations.
  • Supporting third party contractors, retail stores and corporate office enquiries in respects to general repairs and maintenance.
  • Providing administrative support to facility coordinator regions.
  • Process and code invoicing; tracking information against assets when applicable.
  • Maintaining and updating department specific information including intranet and reporting methods.
  • Supporting internal Finance and Insurance teams in relation to work order management and insurance claim invoices
You have:
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency with computer applications including Peoplesoft (financials), Microsoft Office, and Accurent.
  • 3 – 5 years office environment experience would be considered an asset.
  • Experience with automation, plumbing, HVAC and grease traps would be considered an asset.
  • Experience working with external contractors and service providers is an asset.
  • Retail store experience would be considered an asset.
