Job Description

Bringing together the very best of its four legacy companies - BWAY, MAUSER Group, NCG, and ICS - Mauser Packaging Solutions offers its customers true sustainability at scale.General Responsibilities:As directed by the Operations Manager / Shift Supervisor, the Industrial Utility Cleaner has a key role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for the operation of our plant facility.The Utility Cleaner assists in the efficient operation of production by performing the following duties:

  • Remove and properly dispose of garbage, purges, and waste corrugate.
  • Provide break relief for Production Assistants.
  • Works in a safe manner according to Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Mauser Packaging Policies and Procedures.
  • Wears required PPE such as safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
  • Other duties as needed, assigned by Shift Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Be highly motivated, reliable, organized, and detailed oriented.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Able to receive and provide instructions with a positive attitude.
  • Is comfortable communicating, interacting, and leading employees.
  • Able to perform some physical duties requiring average strength (e.g. lifting).
  • Possesses basic computer skills - Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
