  • Oversee and manage the day to day operations of the organization
  • Create realistic business plans & execute on them to ensure revenue and performance goals are achieved
  • Deliver on business strategy and targeted financials (labor margin, gross profit and net profit)
  • Responsible for recruiting and hiring: conduct candidate interviews, hire and terminate employees as needed, facilitate on-going onsite training
  • Drive culture and engagement of all employees within the company, including hosting culture events, providing growth opportunities and increasing team engagement
  • Complete coaching meetings with the management team (Operations, Sales, Admin) to hold them accountable for delivering key business results, including:
Operations:
  • Conduct regular field visits to job sites to coach technicians on job planning and order of operations, ensuring productivity targets are met
  • Follow the Franchise system’s “Shack Shine Way”
  • Hold accountability to keeping the equipment and truck clean and maintained
  • Coach exceptional customer service skills
Sales & Marketing:
  • Ensure weekly estimate and sales targets are consistently hit
  • Provide oversight on key marketing campaigns and budgets to track their effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching to Sales team to ensure accurate quoting
Admin:
  • Keep the AR to a reasonable standard
  • Maintain schedule with up to date service appointments, while balancing efficiency and customer needs
  • Respond to emails & calls daily

  • Experience in the home services industry and experience managing a business
  • Be self-motivated & goal oriented
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • A PASSION for following and creating systems
  • The mindset of a Coach, a Thinker, and a Doer with a high level of adaptability
  • Working knowledge of all Google Suite products (experience using Salesforce an asset)
  • Highly effective project management and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to recruit and lead a successful, motivated team
  • Ability to assign and delegate work, problem solve, answer questions and evaluate performance
  • Energetic and positive personality
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability and logical thinking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing people, P&L statements, and overseeing customer transactions

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per yearBenefits:

  • Business Management: 3 years (preferred)
