Job Description

Shift:

• Afternoon Shift, Monday to Thursday – 2:45 pm to 1:15 am.
• Competitive wages. (plus $1.00 for afternoon shift)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience working with manufacturing toolsamp; equipment.
• Check production documents for details and instructions.
• Locate the correct components on upright carts.
• Check component measurements against production documents.
• Inspect the quality of components and report deficiencies.
• Assemble frames and sashes per production documents and SOPs.
• Store frames on the sash in an appropriate location.
• Physically able to lift weights, stand, bend, etc.
• Must have reliable transportation, as transit service is not available to Gloucester Estates area.
• Safety footwear is required. Annual company paid for safety footwear after 3 months —all other tools and training provided.

About the job:Based in our factory in Gloucester Estates, Langley, the Hardware Assembler (PM SHIFT) is responsible for manufacturing Cascadia’s award-winning windows and doors.
