About the job:Based in our factory in Gloucester Estates, Langley, the Hardware Assembler (PM SHIFT) is responsible for manufacturing Cascadia’s award-winning windows and doors. Experience in window production or other manufacturing is required, but our onboarding and training program can bring the interested applicants up to speed quickly.Shifts: Afternoon Shift, Monday to Thursday – 2:45 pm to 1:15 amSkills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a manufacturing organization.
  • Experience working with manufacturing tools & equipment.
  • Physically able to lift weights, stand, bend, etc.
  • Must have reliable transportation, as transit service is not available to Gloucester Estates area.
  • Safety footwear is required. Annual company paid safety footwear after 3 months —all other tools and training provided.
