Head of Operations – Martini Film StudiosReporting to: CEOResponsible for: Management and Oversight of OperationsDirect reports: Administration, Facilities, Stage ManagementAbout Us: Martini Film Studios is a full service film and TV production facility in Langley, offering studios, support spaces, exterior film locations for film use. We work with some of the top studios and production companies in the World and we are expanding the business by building new film studios in the next few years. The Martini Entertainment Group is a sister company launched in 2021 to develop and produce a range of new TV projects for the Canadian and International markets.The Role: The Head of Operations is a new role in the studio team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Operations will be an integral person, ensuring that our clients needs are met in a timely manner and ensuring that our customer service remains at the highest possible level. The role is responsible for managing the overall operations of the business and managing the Administration, Facilities and Stage Management teams as well as liaising with our partners and contractors. The role also leads the sales and marketing function of the business, promoting the facilities and responding to sales enquiries and partner requests.Successful Candidate: The successful candidate will have experience in the film industry, with strong skills in: Team building, Communication, Collaboration and Management.Principal Responsibilities:
