Job Description (EN):General SummaryThe inventory Administrator provides administrative support to the sales department including but not limited to general clerical, research, and project-based work.Primary Responsibilities

  • Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership
  • Maintain the utmost legal, moral and ethical standards with all customers and coworkers
Primary Duties
  • Daily:
  • Enter bills of landings updates in CDK
  • Assign stock numbers
  • Update new vehicles inventory list
  • Assist Sales Managers in stocking in used vehicles
  • Ensure showroom and lot are in excellent condition
  • Take and upload vehicle photos
  • Follow-up with external vendors and internal departments
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of new and used vehicle pouches
  • Responsible for ensuring product manuals are kept and organized where accessible at time of sale
  • Assist with management of service loaner pool (grounding and adding new loaners)
  • Update used vehicles pricing
  • Update new vehicles inventory list and ETA’s
  • Update order numbers to tock numbers and VIN’s
  • Update forms as required. Vehicles change of use and insurance
  • Work closely with photographer to ensure vehicles get uploaded to website as soon as possible
  • Update various reports: Product sales pipeline, mileage, grounded vehicles
  • Update forms as required: Vehicle change of use, insurance
  • Order manufacturer brochures/forms
  • Dealer trades/wholesale paperwork
  • Update all vehicle feature sheets and point of sale materials as required
  • Ensure vehicle and key tags are filled out accurately
  • Enter keys into key machine
  • Assist with lease buy-in coordination
  • Distribute oldest new and used vehicles list to all sales team
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing and reception duties
  • Coordinate Inspections and PDI’s
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
