Job Description

What we Need from a Senior Maintenance Supervisor:
  • A highly skilled individual who has several years of experience and can fix/repair/maintain just about anything. If you are a journeyman or millwright - you might already be qualified
What youll do on a regular basis:
  • Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
  • Supervise, and train workers & prepare weekly schedules.
  • Maintain all inventory and equipment in excellent condition.
  • Comply with all health and safety & preventative maintenance regulations.
  • Establish strategies to increase productivity / reduce downtime.
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor (essential).
  • Knowledge of trades, cleaning procedures, maintenance and health & safety.
  • Effective budgeting/performance management and ability.
  • Fantastic organizational, communication leadership skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Office) with strong management, and problem solving skills.
