Job Description

We are looking for an Office Assistant/Accounting Clerk, full time, in the Walnut Grove area of Langley, to be challenged by a variety of duties and responsibilities and willing to learn more. A motivated and detail oriented individual who possesses a minimum of three years in a similar position, exhibits strong character traits including an outgoing personality type, yet operates with admirable calm and poise in a fast-paced environment.This position is to assist Reception and Accounting with the day-to-day tasks as they arise and to follow a daily plan. This position is full time with room to grow.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Assisting with Reception
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience working with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Reception
  • Experience working with Clients
  • Basic knowledge of Sage 50
  • Problem solving and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to multi-task, take initiative and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and be flexible to adapt to changes. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
