Job Description

Join our rapidly growing team at Langley Dance Academy. We are a thriving dance studio with a great team whose focus is positivity. We are an energetic environment that serves dancers ages 1.5 years and up. If you love dance and enjoy working with people we encourage you to apply.Requirements:

  • Strong background in business management.
  • Post secondary education (Business Administration/Management, General Business Studies, Marketing).
  • Must be available weekdays and evenings.
  • Strong knowledge of Google drive/documents/sheets/forms.
  • Extensive Zoom knowledge is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Asana is an asset.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is an asset.
  • Interest in continuous learning and training.
Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with clients and staff via email, phone and in person.
  • Answering phones and returning voicemails.
  • Email correspondence.
  • Oversee and assist with the completion of ongoing projects.
  • Develop and implement systems to help with efficiency.
  • Management of inventory.
  • Billing and online system support.
  • Payroll and record keeping.
  • Report and tracking of general studio events.
  • Manage staff and schedules as needed.
  • Ensure all clients receive amazing customer service and leave with a smile.
  • Wage $23-$28 depending on experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Experience:
  • Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)
