If you match this description, get in touch!What you’ll doOperational:

  • Responsible for New Product Creation and Portfolio Management
  • Formulates the specification of new products based on existing and future market demands while understanding available technologies available
  • Works in a team environment to drive cross functional collaboration, strategic focus, organization agility
Financial:
  • Manages margin and profitability at the product’s integral gross margin level
  • Follows the lifecycle of the product and takes corrective actions when needed, in order to generate the maximum profit contribution during the whole life cycle
Customer:
  • Defines offer value propositions leveraging customer and market insights to deliver differentiated customer value
Your qualifications
  • Advanced degree in engineering/technology/marketing or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of in-depth product management or engineering experience in Lighting Industry with proven track record of creating, testing and delivering products and solutions on schedule & within budget, while meeting customer and market requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working in a global set-up with ability to successfully bridge and support the marketing, sales and development organizations
