• Perform high-quality repairs using proper materials and techniques
• Work on residential roofsshingles, metal, structural components
• Communicate with clients professionally and clearly on-site
• Ensure job site cleanliness and safety protocols are always followed
• Coordinate with crew or work independently, depending on the job

What We #39;re Looking For:

• 5+ years of roofing or construction experience (repair experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Valid driver #39;s license and reliable transportation
